Renter maintains proper insurance and is responsible for all activities of them and people in attendance during their rental.
I certify
that I am not an employee of The Studio or Orcatek LLC, and I am acting solely
on my own behalf and in my own interest. Further, I hereby certify that I am
medically able and physically fit, and I assume and accept full responsibility
for risk of mental impairment or other psychological injury, bodily injury,
death, and/or property damage due to negligence or otherwise while in
conjunction with the foregoing. By executing this release, I willfully certify
that each location and property selected for use in conjunction with the
foregoing has been thoroughly and satisfactorily inspected and is hereby
acknowledged to be safe and reasonably suited for their selected purpose(s).
a) I assume responsibility for all people brought into the set for my
production, including, staff, friends, crew, talent, spectators and any other
person or persons. The includes needed financial protection and insurance.

b) I will indemnify and hold harmless, The Studio, Orcatek, LLC and Dean Farrell from any claims or liability directly or indirectly resulting from the use of the facility.
c) I understand a photography studio is a dangerous place, with numerous tripping hazards, poor light and a multitude of other methods potential injury and assume all risk for my personal safety and the safety of my equipment, and I will warn others if I see a potential for them to be injured.
d) I agree to treat studio equipment with care and respect and be responsible for any damages I may cause. I understand the cyclorama walls are not to be stepped on nor have equipment place on them as they are fragile, and I will be responsible for any damages to them I may cause. If I unfamiliar with equipment, I will ask for assistance and/or training.
e) I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless Orcatek, LLC and Dean Farrell, his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability including personal injury or damage to personal property.
f) I will not condone not take part in any illegal activities in the facility, including parking lots associated with the facility.
g) I understand that the studio and lobby areas are under video/audio surveillance at all times and maybe recorded. And if requested, I was shown where the cameras are located. I am also responsible for informing everyone here with me.
